Water, fire, mold and storm damage restoration for Old Town, Killian Hill, Five Forks and Mountain Park — next door to our Norcross headquarters, 24/7.
Water, Fire, Mold & Storm Damage Restoration for Lilburn Homes, Subdivisions and Businesses
Lilburn is one exit down I-85 and a short run out Indian Trail from our Norcross base. When a 1970s drain line backs up under a Killian Hill ranch, the Yellow River comes up into a lower level off Rockbridge Road, or a spring storm drops an oak on a roof in Mountain Park, one team responds 24 hours a day and stays through cleanup, drying, repairs and full reconstruction.
Lilburn is one of the 21 markets in our core service area — the Old Town streets, the 1960s–90s subdivisions, the townhome and apartment communities along Lawrenceville Highway and Indian Trail, and the restaurants and shops that make it one of the most international small cities in Georgia. (404) 983-0966, any hour.

Why local knowledge matters
What Puts Lilburn Properties at Risk
Lilburn’s housing is mostly 40 to 60 years old, much of it on crawl spaces and basements, with two creeks and a river running through the middle.
1960s–80s subdivisions and original plumbing
Killian Hill, Mountain Park and the Parkview neighborhoods were built with cast-iron drains, galvanized supply lines and, in the later ones, polybutylene pipe. Fifty-year-old drains crack and back up; polybutylene fails behind the walls; water heaters from the ’90s are past their lives. See water damage repair.
Crawl spaces, basements and the clay
Lilburn is red-clay hill country. Crawl spaces hold moisture all summer, basement homes on the slopes take runoff from above, and sump pumps fail in the storm that needs them. See basement flooding cleanup and mold remediation.
Apartments and townhomes on US-29 and Indian Trail
Lawrenceville Highway and Indian Trail carry thousands of apartment and townhome units, many from the 1970s and ’80s. A failed line upstairs is a loss on every floor below, and kitchen fires in the restaurant rows spread smoke through shared attics. See multifamily & commercial restoration and fire & smoke damage.
The Yellow River, Camp Creek and the canopy
The Yellow River runs down the east side of the city and Camp Creek through the middle; the lots along them flood from below after heavy rain. Lilburn’s oaks and pines are at full size now, and spring storms drop them on roofs and power lines. See storm damage and water removal.

A Few Things About Lilburn
A railroad name
The Seaboard Air Line Railway founded the town as McDaniel in 1890, then renamed it for Lilburn Trigg Myers, its general superintendent. The city was chartered on July 27, 1910.
Boom and bust
Lilburn prospered with the railroad until a fire and hard times in the 1920s ended it. The old core sat quiet for decades before it came back as Old Town, with the Greenway and the rebuilt Prohibition Trail bridges.
The Mandir
The BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir on Rockbridge Road was the largest Swaminarayan temple outside India when it opened, and it’s still the tallest building in Lilburn — hand-carved stone, built without structural steel.
International Lilburn
More than a third of residents are Hispanic or Latino and a fifth are Asian American. Lawrenceville Highway is one of the best restaurant strips in Gwinnett for exactly that reason.
Lilburn Daze
The Lilburn Daze arts and crafts festival fills City Park every second Saturday in October with more than 200 vendors; Spark in the Park is the Fourth of July.
Hometown of Migos
Quavo, Offset and Takeoff grew up in Lilburn and went to Berkmar High. So did Braves first baseman Matt Olson, a Parkview grad.

How quickly can Verus get to Lilburn?
Lilburn is one exit down I-85 from our Norcross base, then out Indian Trail or Beaver Ruin. We’re open around the clock; call or text (404) 983-0966 and we’ll give you an honest arrival window and tell you what to do in the meantime. Typical drive time from our Norcross headquarters is about 15–20 minutes in light traffic and 25–35 in rush hour.
The sewer backed up into my 1970s ranch. What do I do?
Keep people and pets out of it — sewer water carries bacteria, and anything porous it touches has to come out. Don’t run water in the house until the line is cleared. Photograph what you can from a distance and call us; we extract, remove the contaminated materials, disinfect, dry and rebuild, and document it for your claim. Many policies need a sewer-backup endorsement, so check yours.
I manage an apartment community on Lawrenceville Highway. Can you handle a multi-unit water loss?
Yes. We dry and restore each affected unit, document every unit separately for the property’s claim and the residents’ renter’s policies, coordinate access and communication with your office, and handle the repairs so residents can get back in. One point of contact for the whole loss.
My crawl space smells musty and the floors feel soft. Is that mold?
Almost certainly moisture, and probably mold with it. Lilburn crawl spaces trap humidity all summer, and a slow drain leak or bad grading makes it worse. We find the moisture source, remediate any mold, dry the space with monitored equipment, and tell you what needs to change — vapor barrier, grading, a dehumidifier — so it doesn’t come back.
What should I do first if I find water or fire damage in Lilburn?
Make sure everyone is safe, stop the source if you can do so safely (shut off the main water valve; after a fire, don’t touch soot or run the HVAC), photograph the damage, and call (404) 983-0966. We’re on the way.
Lilburn is one exit down the interstate from our front door. When something goes wrong at your property, you shouldn’t have to explain the neighborhood to the people fixing it.
